New Country Music Star Devon Franks To Film First Episode Of DFTV Friday Night At Black Rock
DUNDEE, NY – For Immediate Release – September 3rd, 2015 – Devon Franks Music photo –
Friday night is going to be a big night for race fans and country music fans. It is season championship night at Black Rock Speedway and Devon Franks, an up-and-coming country music star, will be in attendance to film episode 1 of his new reality series ‘Behind The Guitar’.
Franks has been touring this summer in New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Virginia with more states being added to their schedule as they climb the ranks of the country music scene. He has a liking for dirt track racing and his manager, Black Rock Speedway competitor Dave Matwiejow, will be helping Devon get his racing fix on Friday night.
The country singer known for his songs ‘Mountain Justice’ and ‘The Rules’ will take some fast laps around the ‘Fast Four-Tenths-Mile’ during intermission Friday night. After his stint in Matwiejow’s Street Stock, Franks will come into the grandstand area for photos and autographs with the Black Rock Speedway fans so bring those smart phones!
Franks and his posse will be filming episode 1 of ‘DFTV’ which they will be filming several pieces to Friday night in the pit area and grandstand areas of the speedway.

General admission for Friday’s show is just $12 for adults, $10 for seniors, $10 for ages 12-17 with children under 12 always being free of charge at Black Rock Speedway. Gates swing open at 5PM with the green flag waving for the first time at 7PM sharp.

Black Rock Speedway is located at 82 Main St in Dundee, NY and holds dirt track racing weekly on Friday nights from late April through Labor Day Weekend in September. The speedway also hosts special events on the grounds with special races run during the fall months of September and October.
