PEPSI TO SPONSOR SUPER 7 SHOW AT THE OUTLAW SPEEDWAY ON AUGUST 16, 2019

Boy Scout Night, Bicycle Give A Way and 1 on 1 Spectator Races also part of the event.

(Dundee, NY)  With the regular season rapidly coming to a close at the Outlaw Speedway racers and fans alike are bracing themselves for what could well turn out to be an aggressive last few weeks before the final points are tallied on August 30.

PEPSI, the Official Drink Beverage of Outlaw will be the host sponsor of yet another Super 7 show at the popular Yates County facility.  On the card it will be a complete show of the Friendly Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Big Block/Small Block Modifieds as Matt Sheppard and Steve Paine continue to slug it out to see who will be crowned as the 2019 Track Champion in the division.  2018 Champ, Ajay Slideways, Alan Johnson is still within striking distance and could become a player should Super Matt and Hurricane Paine experience problems.

Also in competition it will be the Sunrise Insulation American Racer Tire Crate Sportsman and as many would expect from this class there are still a handful of drivers that can easily win the title including last year’s winner, Chris Fisher and 2018 champ, Karl Comfort.  However, Jimmy Zacharias, Brian Fish and Will Shields are all still in the mix and all will be deciding factors in this year’s point championship.

The Stan’s No Tubes Street Stocks will also be in action on August 16 and thus far it has been a tug of war between Dylan Cecce and Glen Whritenour as to who will hold up the championship trophy at seasons end.  For fans it has been a thrill to watch the pair duke it out every week as they have virtually taken turns winning feature. But, CJ Guererri, Jake Karlnoski and Jared Hill are still in the hunt and cannot be counted out.

The DIRTcar Hoosier Tire Sportsman Class has been very impressive to say the least in 2019.  The first year division at the speedway has produced multiple different feature winners and like most every other class at the speedway everyone in the top five has a mathematical chance to win the title including lady competitor, Nicole Hoag and third generation young gun, Alex Payne.

As part of the Super 7 Show on August 16 Marion Decker Insurance will see two of their sponsored classes in action.  The Nationally Sanctioned IMCA Modifieds where Brandon Smith, Brad Smith, last year’s Track Champ, Rodney Morgan and Old Dick in the Dirt, Rich Karlnoski can all lay their claim to the title.  Way to close to call in this one.

The other Decker Insurance sponsored class is another Nationally Sanctioned Division in the Hobby Stocks.  Dubbed as an affordable entry level class, the drivers that compete are all trying to dethrone last year’s title winner, Marc Minutolo.  The big fella hasn’t exactly racked up the number of wins he did last year, but consistency has been the name of the game for the veteran as he looks to back up last year’s championship.  However, there are a handful of other drivers that plan on giving Minutolo nothing but fits over the remaining weeks.

Last but certainly not least the Mighty 4 Cylinders will wrap up the Super 7 Show.  Second generation driver, Adam Austin sealed the deal last year in winning the title and with his 7 consecutive wins earlier in the season he has a solid point lead.  Scott Lehman Jr. has been coming on like gang busters as of late, but it’s his father, Scott Lehman, Josh Oles and Desi Force any which of them could sneak in there and dethrone Austin.

Free rides on the Outlaw Speedway Monster Truck, Outlaw Crusher start at 5:30 pm and as always parking and camping are free each week.

Also as part of the August 16 show it will be Boy Scout Night, another bicycle will be given away and it fans will be treated to the final 1 on 1 Spectator Races of the season.
