Mother Nature Claims Cal Lane Memorial Spring Nationals

For the second consecutive year, Outlaw Speedway has been forced to cancel the running of the Cal Lane Memorial Spring Nationals Presented By Lucas Oil.

Mother Nature has rained on Dundee all week, and with more rain coming down on Friday, and even more forecast for Saturday combined with cooler temperatures, snow, and wind gusts The Bossman has officialy called off the entire weekend.

"We held out as long as we could before making the decision. But it was just too much, and we made the decision early enough for the racers and fans" said Outlaw owner Tyler Siri.

The Cal Lane Memorial will once again be rescheduled to take place in front of the Fall Nationals on September 20th, with the Empire Super Sprints and the "Outlaw Gunslinger 50" for the mighty Modifieds headlining the card.

Outlaw now sets their sights on the running of the Mike Jackson Memorial on April 19th.
