OUTLAW SPEEDWAY PULLS CURTAIN ON THE MONTH OF JULY WITH THE 9TH ANNUAL SUMMER NATIONALS
On the action- packed night fans will be treated to Modifieds, Super Late Models, 360 Sprints plus Crate Sportsman, Street Stocks and the touring SCDRA Front Wheel Drive Mini Stocks.

(Dundee, NY) Friday, July 26, 2024, will be the 9th Annual Summer Nationals at the Outlaw Speedway in Dundee, NY.
Named in memory of Steve Kent who was not only a former competitor at the track, but after his active driving career the Elmira, NY native was a loyal fan of the weekly racing at the famed Yates County Oval.
Ever since I have owned Outlaw, every year I run no less than three seasonal events. The Spring Nationals are in April and the Fall Nationals in September. The Summer Nationals is sandwiched in the month of July every season and this year the event will be run on the last Friday on the 26th. It is with a great deal of pleasure that once again we honor the memory of Steve Kent whose name is attached once again to the Summer Nationals. This year’s event will be huge for the fans as they get to see Late Models, Sprints and Modifieds all on the same night. Does not get any better.” That according to Outlaw Speedway owner/promoter, Tyler Siri.
The Chris Zuver led ULMS Super Late Model Series ($5,000 to win) will be back once again at Outlaw as they will be joined by the ESS 360 Sprints ($4,000 to win) and the Friendly Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Modifieds ($4,000 to win).
The Sunrise Insulation/Knapp and Schlappi Lumber Crate Sportsman ($1,750 to win) as well as the Swarthout Recycling Street Stocks ($1,200 to win) have all had a presence at Outlaw either weekly or for special events, however the SCDRA Mini Stocks ($2,500 to win) will be making their first ever appearance at the Yates County Facility. The popular touring group was scheduled for earlier in the season however the event was lost to rain.
The SCDRA (Sport Compact Dirt Racing Association) is a Front Wheel Drive touring group which travels all across the northeast and to take a further look at their schedule, class rules and purse structures log on at www.scdranortheast.com.
$2,500 is a pile of money going out to the winner in a division that normally races for far less than that. It is anticipated that an abnormally high number of the popular Front Wheel Driven creations will converge on the Fast 4/10 of a mile clay oval.
It will be a full point show for the Outlaw weekly classes including the Modifieds, Crate Sportsman and Street Stocks.
With ESS running the following night at the Woodhull Raceway it is anticipated that more 360 Sprint Car Teams will converge onto Outlaw as the two tracks are only 50 miles apart making it for easy travel with racers able to run back-to-back events versus standalone shows.

A pair of iced cold beer concessions await thirsty race fans.

With the 9th Annual running of the Summer Nationals, it will mark the last event in July before flipping the calendar to August and with that the stretch run leading up to the point finale on Friday, August 30, 2024.
