MOTHERS DAY SPECIAL AT OUTLAW SPEEDWAY ON FRIDAY, MAY 7, 2021
(Dundee, NY) On the 2021 calendar you will find Mother’s Day set for Sunday, May 9, however in keeping with a tradition he began when purchasing the Outlaw Speedway some six years ago, track owner/promoter, Tyler Siri will honor all “Moms” on Friday May 7 as part of the Super 7 Show.
According to Siri, “All mothers, wives and daughters are special in this world and they need to be recognized. It is with a great deal of pride that we welcome all Moms to the Outlaw Speedway on May 7. We want these ladies to come here and enjoy a great night of race excitement.”
A Regular Super 7 Show will await all race fans as the Friendly Chrysler Dodge, Jeep, Ram Modifieds and the Lane’s Yamaha 360 Sprints will headline the night of action on the Fast 4/10 of a mile clay oval.
The Sunrise Insulation American Racer Tire Crate Sportsman and the Speed Connection DIRTcar Hoosier Sportsman will also be on the card as well as the Stan’s No Tubes Classy Street Stocks.
Also, in action it will be the NAPA IMCA Hobby Stocks as well as the Winner’s Circle Deli 4 Cylinder Mini Stocks featuring a mix of both front and rear wheel drive machines.
In the first three events of the season at Outlaw Speedway there have been several different faces visiting victory lane with no repeat winners in the Modifieds or Sprints. Glen Whritenour remains perfect thus far in Street Stock action and the cry for “Bounty” rings thru the Yates County Facility. Young Alex Payne continues to run rough shod over both Crate Sportsman Divisions picking up a total of three feature wins in the six main events in which he has competed. Kenneth Evans in the Mini Stocks and Justin Eldredge in the IMCA Hobby Stocks are on track for stellar seasons as both have a pair of feature wins in their respective divisions.
Gates for the Friday, May 7, 2021 event at Outlaw Speedway open at 5:30 with hot laps at 6:30. The first green flag flies at 7:30 PM.
