DUNDEE, NY…The latest news coming out of the new Yates County Speedway in Dundee, New York is that veteran announcer Mel Thomas will join Tyler Harpell in the booth as announcers for the 2014 racing season at the former Black Rock Speedway. Thomas Video will also be handling the videography at the track. Thomas was the voice of the Dundee oval from 1982 through 1990. Thomas returns to the booth after a 24 year absence.
